Billerwell Farm is a charming traditional Scottish farmhouse surrounded by fantastic views hidden away in the pretty Rule Valley.
We offer three bedrooms that have been recently refurbished to create a lovely peaceful atmosphere.
You will be given a delicious full English breakfast to set you up for the day whether it be walking Ruberslaw, the Eildon Hills, looking at historical Abbeys or shopping for cashmere at the Mills in Hawick.

Billerwell is hidden away in the sleepy Rule valley for those who want peace and quiet. It is also ideally placed for those who like exploring, with good road connections making a remarkably wide area accessible for day trips. Favourites include the charming Border towns of Kelso, Jedburgh, Hawick, Melrose, the stunning Berwickshire / Northumberland coast with its beautiful beaches and postcard villages or a quick hop south to the magnificent Kielder Forest and the pretty town of Hexham. The new railway network from Galashiels to Edinburgh city centre runs every 30 minutes, enjoy the 50 minute journey for a day out in Scotland’s capital.
